Recently voted in Brighton Visitor's 'Top Ten Places to stay in Brighton' and 'Certificate of Excellence 2018' , this lower ground floor studio apartment offers fabulous amenities and is located right on the seafront. Super-king size bed, luxurious large bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in double shower and your own private rear courtyard.

Set in the beautiful regency Royal Crescent, the buildings date back to 1808 and this prestigious crescent address was once home to Sir Laurence Olivier.

The open-planned apartment is ideal for a romantic weekend for two. With the added option of a sofa bed and travel cot, this also makes it perfect for small families. The newly fitted modern kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. Double french patio doors lead to a private outside terrace.

Complimentary Wi-fi, Freeview TV, Netflix, Xbox and DVD player are also included. Egyptian cotton linen and towels will be provided.

Also includes a welcome pack - contains fresh bread from our local bakery, milk, jam and butter.

With regards to parking, there is no reserved space for the apartment. However, we have a visitor permits available for £10/day for 'Parking Zone C' which allows you to park outside the apartment and the surrounding area. For bookings of four nights or more, the price is reduced to £8 a day. This offers exceptional value as most meters charge £3.50 an hour. You need one permit per car, per day.

There is also an option to park for £5.20 a day on metered bays if you drive a little further along the seafront (5-10min walk). Depending on what time of day you arrive in Brighton is depended if you can get one of these spaces. Please contact me for further details and map of where this area is in relation to the apartment.

Getting around

We are walking distance to both the beach, the pier and the centre of Brighton. You can easily navigate the city on foot but we also have excellent bus links and a 50 min train ride up to London Victoria.

“Partners 40th birthday weekend”

This is our second time at Sarah's apartment and it was even better the second time round the place is stunning and Sarah is an amazing person and really goes out of her way to make sure your stay goes just right I cannot wait to go back and I strongly recommend sarahs apartment beautiful setting in a fantastic seaside resorts

I booked for my husbands Father's Day gift and was not disappointed - it was everything I hoped for and more ;-) the apartment just had every single thing covered and nothing lacking. Location is great for the city centre and the marina and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. Highly recommend x

Warm welcome. Quirky basement flat in gorgeous house. Baby friendly with lots of home from home comforts. Blessed with gorgeous weather throughout our stay which made it even more enjoyable.
