Enjoy the luxury of independence in this modern and stylish self-catering holiday apartment situated on the seafront of Brighton in the popular area of Kemptown village, just ten minutes walk from Brighton Pier. Kemptown village is a lovely area, with nice pubs/gastropubs, a small supermarket and several independent shops and coffee shops. It is close to Brighton Marina which has a cinema, restaurants, bowling alley and large supermarket. The apartment offers a quiet and comfortable retreat in a central location, giving you the freedom to come and go as you please but providing the comforts of home.This elegant apartment offers self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people. The living area has a large, comfortable double sofa bed. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and has a full size bath and shower (over bath) so you can enjoy a relaxing soak or shower. The bedroom provides a comfortable double bed. The South Downs national park is just outside Brighton, offering beautiful country walks - we recommend visiting Devil's Dyke for spectacular views. The South East of England is steeped in history and tradition with its many castles, which are home to battle re-enactments and pagan festivals, and its forts, one excellent example of which is a short distance from Brighton, at Pevensey Bay. Not far away from Brighton is Battle Abbey, which is considered to be built on the site of the Battle of Hastings (1066) a battle which changed the course of English history. Just outside Eastbourne there is Herstmonceaux Castle which until recently housed the Royal Observatory. The South East of England is also home to the South Downs Way, a popular venue with walkers, it stretches from Brighton to Eastbourne and takes in not only breathtaking views of the Sussex countryside but is also of ancient historical interest being the home of the Long Man of Wilmington a carving in the hillside of approx 70 metres tall believed to be of Druid origin.

“Lovely apartment with all you need!clean and cosy...”
We have really enjoyed are stay,shops and bars nearby. Pier and main shops just a short walk.woild definitely book again!
We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much and the owner was very helpful and nice. She was always available for us when we had any questions. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four. Location was great, seafront just a few steps away and the area of Kemptown was fun with a lot of shops and restaurants.

We had a pleasant stay. Beautiful and well kept apartment. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Only 10 minutes walking distance to Brighton Pier and other tourist attractions. We feel like home when we stayed there.
Overall, we couldn't fault the service we received and the actual apartment itself. On arrival, Olivia was so welcoming, warm and friendly. She showed us round the apartment and ensure we was happy and had everything we needed. The apartment itself was clean, modern and really good value for money. The sofa bed was incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect aswell, only a 10 second walk and you was walking along the seafront! Would highly recommend this for a short break, or even if you are planning on a longer stay. Thank you very much Olivia, we will be back :) :) x

“Excellent appartment really close to the sea front.”
Myself, my wife and our two children stayed in the flat over the Brighton Marathon weekend and had a great time there.The flat was everything we expected it to be - clean, well furnished and well looked after. The owner was friendly, helpful and also allowed us to check in earlier than usual which was appreciated. Overall, an excellent flat and one I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Tip: Make sure you go for the visitors parking permits (...which the owners can provide). Only £10 per day and we managed to park right outside the flat for the whole stay!

“Fabulous apartment in great location”
It's even better than the photos! The owners were really accommodating to our needs (i.e. early arrival time) and provided an excellent customer service. Everything was new and clean and nicely styled. All the basic amenities were provided -and some, like tea, coffee, cereal etc. Just remember the milk! Stayed for one night only and can't wait to go back for a longer stay.
