“Excellent city centre accommodation”

Reviewed 15 Jan 2013

Stayed here from Christmas Eve until New Year's Day. It really is a very nice apartment. A bit small (lacking on storage space) but plenty big enough for two. It is in excellent condition, everything is extremely clean and the apartment is very warm and cosy. There are excellent views over much of Brighton and the location is just fantastic being right in the heart of the city so making everywhere from Kemptown to Hove easily walkable. We were suprised at how quiet it is inside the apartment, we never heard anything from the other residents and the communal areas are also clean and smart. The letting agents (City Pad) were very efficient and all-in-all this is an excellent place to stay in one of the most vibrant places in the UK.

“Fabulous flat!”
