A very stylish and contemporary house, situated in a stunning hillside location within the Saltdean district of Brighton. The house has been finished to a very high standard with a modern feel and provides great accommodation for families or groups of adults alike.The house has 2 double bedrooms with King size beds, plus a twin bedroom a fourth bedroom can be used as a further twin bedroom or as a separate TV room, in addition there are 2 bathrooms a modern newly fitted kitchen and lounge diner, both of which open out to a decked terrace with stunning sea and hill views, hence the name 'Panorama'. The cottages comes with a beautiful terraced garden. Saltdean beach is directly in front of the cottage just a few minutes walk away. Brighton city centre is just 5-10 minutes by car, with a regular bus service running every 10 minutes from close by. As well as Brighton, there is much to see and do in the area including the stunning South Downs National Park. There is off road parking for one car and loads of free parking outside the house. Wireless broadband provided. Please note that the outside areas including the garden and the entrance from the road and the side does contain a lot of steps, so this property may not be suitable for very young children or people with restricted mobility.

Booking are normally taken for a minimum of a week and run from Saturday to Saturday. Normal check-in time is by arrangement between 3.00 pm - 5.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am At the owners discretion a surcharge may apply for dogs.

We provide all bed linen and bath and hand towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from ketchup to dishwasher tablets for your use. Its a non smoking house, but smoking outside is permitted.

NB As the house is semi detached and is in a quiet residential area it is not suitable for groups of young adults.

The house provides very flexible accommodation for up to 6-8 guests. For groups of up to 6 guests we provide 3 bedrooms - 2 doubles and a twin, for bookings of 7- 8 guests we can either provide 'Z' beds in the double bedrooms or convert the TV room into a twin bedroom with 'Z' beds, the choice is yours.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom which has a sloping ceiling with restricted head room - so we recommend this bedroom for children - with the double bedroom right next to it its ideal for parent wishing to be close to their children. A luxury shower room with basin and wc is located just outside both bedrooms.On the ground floor there is a large double with king size bed and a family bathroom, plus a TV room which can be used as a twin bedroom with 'Z' beds. The house is ideal for 2 families sharing with separate floors each with up to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The sizeable lounge/diner and modern kitchen both have spectacular sea views and both open out to a decked terrace, with views of the sea and terraced garden. Wireless broadband provided.

The house comes with a great outdoor space with a decked terrace over 2 levels, a lawned area and lots of nooks and crannies making it a very pretty garden area. - the garden is fully enclosed and secure. The views from the garden are truly stunning.
Please note the rear garden does contain lots of steps, as does the side and the front of the property, so this house may not be suitable for very young children or people with restricted mobility.

The property is newly refurbished so all decor and furniture etc is all new, modern, clean and tidy. The accommodation is over 2 floors each with its own bathroom, which was great for us as we were 2 families so we had a floor each. The decking and garden area are excellent with sea views Situated in quiet residential area, and all neighbors we spoke too were very friendly. 10 minute walk into Rottingdean which has a number of excellent pubs all child friendly and serve good food. Shops are also local at Rottingdean or Saltden. Excellent base to explore all along the south coast, Brighton, Eastborne, Hastings & Lewes all within easy reach Will definitely be back Many thanks
