The Kook is a home unlike any other in Brighton, oozing style and design. This 3 bedroom terraced cottage laid out over 3 floor, captures the spirit and vibrancy of the city.

Formerly the home of TV designer Oliver Heath and wife Katie, (who are still the current owners) this house is unique in the level of design, care and attention lavished on it - offering a host of truly unique features.

There are 3 wonderfully individual double bedrooms to choose from –2 with flexible zip link beds. The boutique hotel style bathroom has a pebble floor, a separate shower, and ceiling mounted water-spout -great for bubble baths!

The open plan kitchen, lounge, dining space is a great social space to hang out in, listen to music through the ceiling mounted speakers or just watch TV.

Or relax outside in a choice of 2 exterior patio spaces; a ground floor glass balcony and a lower ground floor oasis space – perfect on a hot summers day or for cocktails before heading

Brighton is surrounded by beautiful countryside and in 10 mins drive you could be walking in the woods,or up on Devils Dyke to watch paragliding .

It is such a vibrant city most - weekends there are locally sourced food Markets, bric-a-brac and vintage stores- there are a Wonderful array of independent quirky eclectic stores.
