Description

Welcome, Welcome and thanks for looking.

I am a professional woman, offering 4 lovely, light, spacious and very comfortable rooms, in my beautiful Victorian terrace house. 2 of the rooms have their own private en-suite bathrooms and 2 share a very large luxury bathroom. I am listing each guest room separately, so if you require more than one room, please check the relevant calendars for availability.

All 4 guest rooms are on the same floor and they are all double rooms with large windows. The rooms are newly decorated in neutral colours have brand new double beds with orthopedic mattress, wardrobes, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers. This room has luxury private bathroom and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV and I also provide fluffy towels.

Upon arrival you will be given your own key and fob so you can come and go as you please.

Breakfast is provided in the dining room which is continental in style, consisting of cereals, toast, tea/coffee, etc.

You are most welcome to come and stay in an enjoyable atmosphere with excellent facilities, in a fabulous location with an accommodating host, who is willing to show travellers all the best that Brighton has to offer!

The house which is just off the Lewes Road area of Brighton is excellently located for all the shops, cafes, eateries and buses of Lewes Road, which are about 3 minutes walk away.

Brighton city centre and the Lanes and Seafront are about a 15 minute walk away, where a vast array of bars, restaurants and shops can be found. One can dine out at some of the best restaurants Brighton has to offer or simply grab a bite to eat in one of the many pubs or cosy cafe bars. There you will find an extensive range of high street shops, designer boutiques, bars, cafes, the famous Lanes, Brighton Pavilion and many other tourist attractions.

Should you wish to smoke, I am happy for you to do so in the beautiful secluded garden.

You should note that the house is also home to a beautiful Norwegian forest cat called "Branston".

I am happy to accommodate families/singles/couples/friends for short or long stays. The house is perfectly located for parents wishing to visit their student children.

PLEASE NOTE that there is a 2 night minimum stay at weekends.

Me and my friends had a great stay in Brighton with Babs and she made us feel more then welcome and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend to others and in fact I have already done so

Babs is very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Option for 4 friends to share one bedroom (double and double sofa) which worked really well for us to all be together and was spacious enough to work. Good location 10-15 minute walk from the sights of Brighton.

Babs was lovely, really friendly and made us feel right at home. Brooklyn the cat was gorgeous and very friendly as well. The property is in a prime position just 10-15 min walk from Brighton town centre. Decor was modern and simple. Beautiful place

Just a one night stay here to see a concert at the Dome and it was an ideal venue. A short walk to the theatre, shops and the beach. Plenty of choice for breakfast and a lovely comfy bed. Staying with Babs, the owner, was like staying with a friend..

I would thoroughly recommend this B and B.Ideal position close to town and beach .Babs was wonderful and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.There is plenty of free parking but may be useful to guests if Babs had a map to highlight these for future guests.

How do damage deposits work?
