The property is ideally located for easy access in all directions, just off Dyke Road Avenue, the main artery into Brighton City Centre and a short distance from Waterhall Golf course, The Devil's Dyke, Withdean Stadium and the University Of Sussex. Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £10/12 in a 6 seater cab, or £7/10 in a 4 seater. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly.

Zip & link beds can be set up as either twins or a double. Please advise preferred set up at time of booking.
