A really fantastic place to relax with a bottle of wine and watch a film on the large flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player and i-Pod dock. "Wonderful Property, Could Use Better Management"

The management of this property could use some attention, as they were extremely lax with communication prior to our arrival and upon arrival. The directions we were given to the place to pick up the key did not take into account the long-term road works, making it impossible to reach due to detours. They 100% failed on giving us the information needed to park our vehicle, as they provided "directions" to the row of parking garages and a key, but did not provide the actual garage number nor did they answer our numerous messages left on the "emergency phone line" nor our emails. We were made to go down the entire street of garages, testing the key in each and every garage door down the row. It's a wonder that no one called the police, as we surely looked like we could be attempting some sort burglary, the way we were going from one garage to another. The property itself could have used a much better cleaning prior to our arrival as well. It was apparent that the owner put much attention to detail in the well appointed furnishings. It was comfortable and we had all we needed for a pleasant stay, including a very good location. We suggest the owner find a more competent and caring management team.
