“Wonderful!”

Reviewed 17 Jan 2016

We had a wonderful stay in Ash's house. We were there for Christmas and the house had been decorated with lights and a tree so was very welcoming. It suited our needs perfectly, comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious and in a great position. There were two families of four with teenage kids and we all loved the house! All our emails and questions before our stay were answered very quickly by Ash. Would strongly recommend this lovely house to anyone planning a stay in Brighton!

“Charming house that got everything that a group of 8 women needed”

Reviewed 15 Oct 2015

We needed house that would give 8 women good space, ability to sit outdoors, a area(living room) that we would be able to sit all together and also that the house would be located in walking distance from the sea and town. We got everything we wanted and much more. The house is beautiful, bright and allowed us girls to enjoy each other company in a great living room and outdoor area - the house gave us enough space for everyone. The best cafe/brunch place, called Cafe Marmalade, in Brighton is placed at the end of the street. It takes like two minutes to walk to the beach and it was wonderful to walk by the beach to central Brighton with a detour on Brighton pier. The host was wonderful - very good to communicate with and always quick to answer if there were any questions.

“Living like a celebrity for the weekend in a great location.”

Reviewed 25 Jan 2015

This house is absolutely amazing and from the moment you walk in it just feels like you've won the lottery. Every room is spacious and decorated to a very high standard. I felt like a football wag haha. It's such a great house to stay in with Brighton town centre so easily reached. We walked into town one of the days, and also took the bus into town ( which comes along every 6 mins) or its a very short cab ride if youve got your high heels on. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The downstairs is such a great room for you and your friends to just chill or start the party off come evening. We stayed here for my birthday with friends and we can't wait to come back for another weekend. There is a fab cafe at the end of the road that serves poached eggs and salmon type food or a real greasy spoon just five mins walk. Either way the house has a great location for enjoying all that Brighton has to offer.
