One bed, self catering holiday let apartment, located in the trendy Kemptown area of Brighton, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach! The city centre is an easy walk, or you can enjoy the trendy bars & restaurants, cafes and small independent shops that Kemptown Village has to offer. Fabulous sea views from the living room.
This apartment is perfect for small families, professionals or a group of friends wanting a break in the best city by the sea!
Living/Dining Room - Bright and airy living space, with view of the sea & St James Street from the large bay windows. Double sofa bed to sleep 2. Dining table seats 4. TV, DVD player and iPod dock.
Kitchen - Fully equipped for all your self catering needs;

We wanted a quite and comfortable get-a-way, just to spend quality time with our family. The view was very lovely our rental was brand new!
