Within easy reach of a vibrant city centre, this is a beautiful light and airy, luxury apartment. It is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, providing a peaceful, calm location for a memorable break. The accommodation comprises of, two double bedrooms; a luxury shower room; utility room with washer/dryer; an open plan living area, with fully equipped kitchen; dining area with table and 6 chairs and a comfortable lounge with folding doors, which open to a pretty decked area with a BBQ, providing a wonderful inside/outside space for your use.

80 miles of coastline means superb beaches for everyone; there are lovely gardens, there is history and there is heritage - castles, abbeys, priories, stately homes and historic houses.
There are many family amusement parks and wildlife centres to visit. The nostalgic, the curious and simply fun, including museums of bygone eras, steam railways and caves.
Sussex boasts several theatres and arts festivals, golf courses, horse racing, many ancient churches and buildings as well as large Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty over the South Downs and Ashdown Forest, (including the soon-to-be-designated South Downs National Park) - and don't forget the Sussex Pub!

“Another great stay”
This is the second time we have stayed in these properties. Beautifully maintained, great communication, little things that make a holiday rental a home from home, including a pint of milk on arrival. We'll be back.

“Fabulous flat, stunning, immaculate & great location.”
Our first stay in Brighton & found this gem of a flat! Perfect location, easy bus ride into town, free car parking on the street. Spacious flat with stunning shower room, huge bedrooms (the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in in holiday properties), excellent kitchen & lounge facilities & a decking area outside for barbecue (unfortunately not the weather for it when we stayed!). Bruce & Julie were perfect hosts; very helpful & full of useful info. Will definitely book again. Oh and we absolutely loved Brighton itself - very eclectic, stunning architecture & endless shops (both traditional high street and individual).

“Un appartement agréable et bien équipé à la décoration soignée...”
Nous venons de France. Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons passé les vacances de la Toussaint dans cet appartement. Julie et Bruce, les propriétaires, sont des hôtes charmants et disponibles. Nous avons aimé : la décoration et l'équipement de l'appartement, le quartier résidentiel, le stationnement en face de la location, la proximité du parc Preston un parc "à l'Anglaise". La proximité d'un supermarché au bout de la rue. La ville de Brighton et ses ambiances. Nous ne sommes pas tout prés du centre ville mais celui-ci est facilement accessible par bus ou à pied. Une trés bonne adresse...
“Lovely place to stay”
Stayed for two nights in this beautiful clean space. Fresh decor, comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped plus a good-sized patio complete with bbq. Pretty easy to get into town, really well priced, would definitely recommend!

“Fantastic flat, quiet, beautifully appointed and close to Brighton”
Spent 3 nights here with fiance and parents. Quiet, spacious, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and large lounge/dining/kitchen. 30 minutes pleasant walk into Brighton and also v close to bus and train. Great communication and information from our hosts, who were incredibly accommodating - couldn't fault it or them.

“Beautiful apartment, great place to stay”
The Garden Flat was lovely - immaculate and well presented with a fab terrace for bbqs and breakfast. Location was perfect - just a short bus ride into Brighton. Bruce and Julie were very welcoming and I would recommend this property very highly!
“Beautiful flat in a great location”
This is a beautiful flat,so light and airy and with a lovely open plan feel-the bathroom/wet room is to die for and the wooden floors and white walls give the flat a minimal, yet homely feel.Plenty of trendy `Brighton prints on the wall remind you where you are staying-and the flat is a 2 min walk to a bus stop which takes you into town. The parking was a big bonus too, for so close to Brighton centre. The cleanest holiday rental we have ever had, and we will be back again many thanksx
“spacious and comfortable with an excellent kitchen”
The flat is bigger than I expected it to be, and very comfortable. We had four adults staying over five weeks and space was no trouble at all. The kichen was better than any other self-catering flat I've stayed in; it was so well-equipped that cooking for the group was a pleasure.
“Warm and welcoming stay in a lovely location”
We recently spent our Christmas holidays at this charming Garden Flat in Brighton. The first thing that impressed us was the magnificent live Christmas tree waiting for us on our arrival - a warm touch which immediately made us feel at home - and very welcome. The flat is warm, dry, light and tastefully and newly decorated throughout, but the delightful decked patio - ideal for morning coffees, and the modern shower room became our favourites. Comfort, size, uncomplicated but stylish decor, layout, wifi, cost, peaceful residential location (with an easy access to central Brighton and the seafront) - it was all great. The owners are friendly, responsive and accessible. We really enjoyed the month in Brighton and would definitely recommend the Garden Flat.
