Lovely cliff top home with stunning sea views. This 3-bedroomed detached bungalow sleeps 6 and combines a quiet location by the sea with cosmopolitan Brighton just 10 mins drive away.

There's a open air terrace for al fresco dining and two covered sun rooms with floor to ceiling patio doors which have uninterrupted views of the sea. Even if it's cold outside, sit here and feel the warmth of the sun.

Furnished with a contemporary look, the stylish, comfortable sitting/dining room has a flat screen TV with Freesat, free broadband and looks directly out to sea.

The master bedroom, with Venetian blinds and fitted wardrobes, has sea views, too, so you can lie in bed and watch the waves!

The two other bedrooms have wooden blinds and can be used as twin rooms or combined to make super kings, so they're ideal for families and couples.

The modern kitchen has built-in quality appliances, and the new bathroom, has an extra large shower for guests.

The house has a front and back garden, decking, garden furniture and a bbq.

There's off-road parking in our drive and free, unrestricted parking in the road.

It's walking distance to local shops, amenities, pubs and eateries, has a nearby golf course and access to miles of sea & South Downs walks, as well as Brighton just a short drive away. Alternatively, use the bus service which runs every 8 mins or so along the coast road to Brighton and Eastbourne. The bus stop is just two mins walk from the house.

Interaction with guest

Extra cleaning measures are now in place, along with a 48 hour gap between guests. Anti-bacterial cleaners are used, masks are worn you can check in and out of the house without being in contact with anyone. We liaise with guests in advance, provide check-in details and directions. We would normally offer a 'meet and greet' welcome for guests and give you a brief walk-through of the facilities, but in the circumstances this is not advisable. Similarly a Welcome Pack will not be provided unless guests request it. Books, ornaments, toys etc remain in the house but can be removed on request. We ask guests using any of these items to leave them on a table so they can be cleaned thoroughly before the next people arrive.

What a lovely bungalow with amazing views in a peaceful location! We loved going rock pooling by the Undercliff walk which is also a short walk from the bungalow. The bus stop is also close by, only 5 minute walk away which took us into Brighton where we visited the BAi360, the Pavilion, the Pier & Choccywoccydoodah which were all well worth the visit. Thank you Geraldine for all your help. We hope to stay at your lovely home again. X

Wow, a brilliant family holiday in beautiful accommodation. Weather was amazing which meant we could take full advantage of sitting on the balcony taking in the views. Lovely welcome pack on arrival, beds comfy. We used the bus to get to Brighton the bus stop was only 5 minutes away.

A fantastic homely bungalow, which catered for our every needs and more. A definite home from home in a lovely part of the country, we will definitely be returning in the near future. Lots of space inside, also front and rear gardens that the children loved running around in. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Geraldine (the owner) a message.

If Geraldine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
