Beautifully styled, four bedroom townhouse to sleep up to 12 guests. Located in Brighton city centre, just around the corner from the main shopping area. Bar's, restaurants and nightlife are all minutes away.

This is a fabulous holiday home, with everything on your doorstep. Ideal for all, family, friends and corporate stays!

The large open plan living area has dining to seat 12 with comfortable & stylish soft furnishings - an ideal space for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. There are four good sized, comfortable bedrooms with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Ground Floor

Living/Dining - Fabulous open plan living/dining space, perfect for socialising! There is a 36'' LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player and WiFi. Two comfortable sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed to sleep 2 guests. The dining table seats up to 12 comfortably with ten chairs and an additional two stools.

Kitchen - Galley style, contemporary kitchen. Fully equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay;

Accessed at street level. Once inside, the property is arranged over two floors.

There is no dedicated parking space at the property. The majority of Brighton streets have on street parking. Most streets are a mixture of resident bays and pay and display parking. Resident bays and pay and display bays are free to park in after 6pm or 8pm, depending on the zone, until 9am. Please do read the parking signs on the streets for specific instructions.
