The Artist House is a beautifully decorated, four bed holiday home to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Superbly located in the trendy Kemptown area of Brighton, a stone's throw from the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier.

The property dates back to the 1790’s and is full of character, filled with original artwork and antiques. Finished to a high standard, it is bright fresh and airy. This property is ideal for small groups, families or corporate bookings who want easy access to Brighton’s restaurants, bars, nightclubs, train station, conference centres and shops.

Lower Ground Floor

Dining Room - Large oak table seats 10, can be extended to seat 14. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, games and books. Accessed from the kitchen.

Kitchen - Large, contemporary white kitchen with high gloss units and earthstone work surfaces.

Terrace - Pretty west facing walled garden which can be accessed via steps from the hallway on the ground floor, or directly off the kitchen.

Bedroom Two - Sleeps 2, king size zip & link bed.

First Floor

Master Bedroom - Sleeps 2, king size bed and TV.

Bathrooms - Two luxurious bathrooms, with high quality fixtures and finishings. The main bathroom has bath with shower over. The second is a large shower room. Both have wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Second Floor

Bedroom Three - Sleeps 2, king size zip & link bed. Located at front.

Bedroom Four - Sleeps 2, double bed. Located at rear.

Things you need to know...

Please note that zip & link beds can be made up as either a double or twins. The property will be set up as one king size double bed, one double bed and two sets of twins, unless otherwise requested. Please advise at time of booking if you would prefer the beds made up differently.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The house is strictly no smoking, please smoke in the garden only.

Access Information

The house is arranged over four floors and being 250 years old, the staircases are narrow. There are a few steps up to the front door.

There is no parking with this property. High Street car park is just around the corner from the property or meter parking is available between 9am - 6pm, free parking in these bays between 6pm and 9am. Please check the parking signs in the area first.
