The apartment is located in BRIANCON, dynamic city, sports (skiing, hiking) and history in the heart of Serre Chevalier Valley. It is a duplex of 45 sqm, renovated in 2015 and completely re-equipped to nine with appliances, hi-fi and bedding. A private garage is also available (for a spacious family car and ability to store ski bag, hiking bag, cycling, ....) Upstairs, the mezzanine is bright and spacious, seating area where is arranged on one side (2BZ to 8 seats) and a sleeping area on the other side. Dressing room furniture is available with wardrobe, drawer and storage locker + other arrangements under slope. The ground floor consists of a bathroom (shower and sink), a living room with kitchen whose equipment is new. It also features a closed alcove with a window and TV. Independent toilets The bathroom consists of a shower, sink and storage space, illuminating mirror and a towel. The apartment has 8 beds (2 double beds, double 1BZ and 1 double sofa bed) with a brand new bedding.

The hi-fi equipment and appliances is complete and new: washing machine, dryer, 2 TV HD, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, IPhone station, DVD player, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, blender and mixer robot, pierrade-raclette, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer. possibility of renting extra linen; (3 € / person / stay) Access to the stations (or Briançon Chantemerle) is 5 'drive or 5' walk from the free shuttle (The Gérarde). The city bus goes down the residence. The balcony is very popular to savor a coffee with a view overlooking the mountains and the Serre Chevalier Valley. The ski resort is spread over 30 kms with a ski pass offering access to the whole ski area (81 runs, 62 lifts, 136 kms of trails and 33 km of cross country skiing). multiple departures of excursions and sports activities (mountain biking, canyoning, rafting, snowshoeing, hiking, ....)

This is a city to discover in every season, ideal for summer and winter holidays, paradise for sportsmen. Multiple activities: hiking, climbing, rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, mountaineering, and winter skiing, sleds, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowboarding.

Briançon

The resort is accessible by free shuttle buses in winter (5 'walk) or by city bus (which goes down from the residence). Monetiers baths also offers baths and an ice kart circuit

House rules

We do not accept festive events because the residence is quiet. The apartment is non smoking but there is the possibility to smoke on the balcony. The apartment is renovated, clean and functional and look from the vacationers that they make it as they found it. We remain reachable pdt stay vacationers and qq have one on hand to welcome and intervene. We are flexible about arrival and departure times if you do not mind the following guests.
