Sopra il Lago 4 is a large, 3 bedroom contemporary apartment in the sought after village of Brezzo di Bedero on the Eastern shores of Lake Maggiore. It enjoys stunning views of Lake Maggiore from a large private terrace that wraps around 3 sides of the property.

The apartment is located within walking distance of the centre of the village of Brezzo di Bedero where there is a fantastic little pizzeria. It is also only 2 miles from Luino with its wider selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Less than 10 miles from the Swiss border, the apartment also provides easy access to the Swiss towns of Lugano, Ascona and Locarno. Lake Como is a one hour drive and trains run direct from Luino to Milan in an hour.

The property comprises of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and American style fridge freezer with ice on tap. There is also a washing machine in the property. Doors lead out from the kitchen and living area onto the extremely large wrap-a-round terrace which circles 3 sides of the property. The property also has two double bedrooms, one with study area and ensuite bathroom, as well as a third bedroom with adult size bunk beds. There is a modern family bathroom with large shower. The outdoor space in this apartment is fantastic, with plenty of seating and sun beds. The development has secure electric gates and plenty of parking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
