We put at your disposal a T2 of 40 m2 independent furniture and all hotel services team hyper centre city of Brest on the 3 rd floor of a secure condominium (digicode) well held with a collective garden. Little sea view.

Ideally located, it allows you to leave a time the car side and through the network of urban transport in close proximity to the beach in 20 minutes by bus to the port in 20 minutes on foot...

The Leclerc hypermarket & rue Jean-Jaurès are just 150 m. The place de la Liberté at 250 m.

Full of charm, it has just been renovated, lighthouses theme that is the thread of the decoration will give you no doubt want to escape to the discovery of the coast nearby (tourist documentation available).

Wooden floors and high ceilings: it enjoys a sunny Southwest also thanks to its unobstructed view and 2 small balconies on the residence: the street is quiet and free parking.

The apartment opens onto a small hall, right: the kitchen, fully equipped (great wall oven, fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron), it will allow you to feel at home.

The bathroom consists of a shower (cabin) a washbasin and storage spaces, Toilets are separated (at the bottom of the bathroom).

A bed 160 X 200 quality to relax comfortably.

A second sleeping is possible in the living room (convertible BZ 140 X 200 bultex foam.)

A flat-rate supplement of 10 euros is requested for the placing at disposal of the 2 nd kit sleeping and linens for a stay between 1 and 4 nights: not increase beyond.

BEDS are made (duvets).

The household linen (towels, towels, tea towels) are at your disposal.

For your arrival, we provide coffee, filters, tea, sugar, sponge, produces dishes... in order to ask quietly before considering a passage in a trade.

To stay connected: WIFI is available through optical fibre (very high output), a flat screen in the living room (35 channels).

Optional: - crib, stroller, transat, high chair (1 euro per day per item) - household end of stay (25 euros) - complete catering for your arrival (20 euros) from a week's rental, linen Exchange is possible (an additional complete kit is available on arrival).

All charges are included except tourist tax: 0,44 / adult collected and donated to Brest metropole.

This one bedroom flat was ideally located for my stay; it was really well equipped, warm, comfy and secure. And Jannick the owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The wifi works excellently. The only small quibble I had were the thin walls, as the next neighbours were rather loud, especially late at night! On a completely separate note, I was astounded by the fees that both guest and owner have to pay through trip advisor - so much so that it has deterred me from using this search facility - I would rather stick to non-hefty fee charging websites.

Je suis un peu contrariée cependant que vous ayez été dérangée par le voisinage tardivement. Les cloisons ne sont pas "fines" elles sont aux normes, le comportement de certains noctambules n'est pas par contre des plus "fins" et j'en suis désolée.J'aurais aimé en être informée lors de notre échange au moment du départ ou lors de votre nuit perturbée pour en localiser la source et intervenir préventivement pour que cela ne se reproduise plus... Merci en tous cas de cette information ,veillerons avec les autres copropriétaires à que cet immeuble garde le calme qui le caractérise habituellement.
