Beckett Apartment is a 2 bedroom second floor modern apartment situated in the heart of Brentwood Town Centre.

Brentwood Train Station is only a short walk away with direct trains to Liverpool Street within 40 minutes. The development is also conveniently located for access to local motorway links (A12, M11, and M25). Shopping centre is just the next building to Beckett house.

The house consists of:

A fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher

A comfortable living area

The apartment is cleaned to high standard by a professional cleaning company.

All TOWELS and LINEN are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The apartment has a wide comfortable living room, dining table and TV. There is fast internet with Wi-Fi.

Free parking for 1 vehicle

The open plan kitchen has all you may need: plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking equipment, full-sized fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is an iron and ironing board.

We also provide cleaning products and washing powder.

You will find some TOILETRIES, as shampoo, soap, shower gel and body lotion, and a WELCOME GIFT consisting of coffee, tea and some other essentials.

To answer all your complaints: No bath mats: new ones were purchased especially for you No tea towels: You were shown where they were in the kitchen the day you informed us No dish cloths: You were shown where they were in the kitchen the day you informed us The fridge and freezer not cold: the temperature was reduced which just needed to be increased. Bed broken: It was only one bed that got broken and it was whilst your husband was sleeping. Toilet roll: A new batch was bought for you Extra information: everything was done to accommodate your request as that is who we are: We try to accommodate every guest's request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Icon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
