Damson Cottage is a lovely unspoilt country cottage with great views of the hills and countryside all around. The bedroom is large with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

Damson Cottage has a private garden with a stream running through and a lovely view of the hills. A BBQ and garden furniture are provided during the summer months and there are plenty of logs for the wood burning stove. There is plenty of safe storage space for bikes and out door equipment and also a cycle wash down facility. Damson Cottage is a perfect retreat and a cosy cottage for two people.

Alltybrain Farm is situated 4 miles from Brecon up its own lane in the beautiful rural Honddu Valley. This is a truly unspoilt area with wonderful views of the Welsh countryside and the Brecon Beacons.

The B4520 runs along the Honddu river valley from the old market town of Brecon up over the Eppynt Hills into Mid Wales to the historic town of Builth Wells famous for the Royal Welsh Show which is held annually here every July.

Damson Cottage is 4 miles from Brecon and 8 miles from The Brecon Beacons National Park Visitors' Centre. Here holiday makers in Wales can gain an insight into both our historic past and our Welsh heritage and culture. Information on our wildlife, countryside and what we are doing to help balance of nature and our native wildlifes' habitat. Visitors can choose to explore on their own or be part of an organised trip.

There are plenty of ways to see The Brecon Beacons National Parks, by horse, mountain bike or even by hiring an electric buggy! Brecon Town Centre has a Tourist Information Centre where
advice and activity information can be sought.
