Description

Well maintained fully equipped 4/6 berth caravan for hire on Brightholme holiday park brean somerset. Kitchen with full size cooker fridge freezer microwave crockery pots pans and everything you need home from home. 2 bedrooms also pullout in lounge . Lounge has comfortable seating table and stools . T.V D.VD player gas fire and extra portable heater for chilly nights. Shower room with wash hand basin. Outside enclosed garden with table chairs windbreaks etc. Parking for one vehicle next to van extra parking at the sites main car park. You have your own private walkway to beach 5 minutes away which is dog friendly all year round. We welcome well behaved dogs in our van at no extra charge, they are also welcome in garden of on site Breakers bar.. Nightly entertainment in high season Bingo etc. Childrens play are and small arcade. A short drive away is Burnham on sea .Weston super mare a 15 minute drive. A bus service right outside site for both destinations .Bridgwater and Taunton also on bus route. Slightly further Cheddar caves Wookey hole Clarks village for your essential shopping. A short walk away you also have plenty of pubs including the seagull takeaways etc including Chinese Indian and the best fish and chips in Brean.

“Recent stay”

Had a fantastic couple of days. Caravan clean and tidy on arrival. Although the caravan is quite old it is very well looked after and well equipped. Will definitely be going back next year.

Caravan was well stocked and clean.enjoyed our stay very much. Van was very close to clubhouse so very noisy on the Saturday night but can't change that just be prepared!

“Lovely caravan in ideal location”

Stopped in this caravan for 4 nights with my wife, daughter and the wifes parents. Ideal base for the days we were their, well equiped kitchen with all you need for cooking.

Brean Sands has a beautiful beach, but the private path to the beach was in fact overgrown with brambles and had a very steep sand dune to climb over which was impossible for me. The wifi only worked … More

Owner's reply: Very sorry you felt this way the sand dunes are due to the weather they are cleared often but if you have winds they do tend to back up. WIFI is also due to lack of signal i cannot help that. If gas fire did not work you should of let me know as i would of got it fixed.Steps are normal caravan steps. The patio was clear the only bit was nowhere near patio and it was a sunflower plant which was left for birds to eat seeds. Outside light i will attend to. Thanks for your review. “Awful”

This caravan was awful The cooker door fell off No outside lighting Bedding on all beds smelt of damp and smoke. If your 3ft tall then the pull out bed in the lounge would be great for you. I payed £114.50 for a 2 night stay. You certainly get what you paid for.

Owner's reply: Very sorry you felt this way if you would have informed me about cooker door i would have had it fixed which i did the next day took less than 5 mins. As for bedding it was all put on fresh and duvets were all brand new. I really cannot make comment on pull out bed but i dont think in any caravan they are really sufficient . You had 2 dogs in this van and left it very dirty dogs hairs every where including all over furniture and even in the front windows had to wash nets, Dog biscuits in the bed. I do not charge extra for dogs but i expect my caravans to be respected. I spent nearly 4 hours cleaning this van after your 2 night stay Caroline

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
