Situated at the end of a private lane in Brean village, Heatherdune is a spacious property with private direct access to the beach, via a large garden. There are panoramic sea views from the main living rooms. Outside, guests can enjoy the barbecue facilities next to the pond, which is bustling with wildlife including the occasional heron. Inside, the entire house has been decorated in soft, warm colours and is well equipped, including a large kitchen with range cooker and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a window seat. The second bedroom contains french windows opening into a sunny conservatory, and the third bedroom has bunk beds. Upstairs, the large, open living space with balcony is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Free WiFi is available and on-site private parking is provided. Guests can enjoy many activities in the surroundings, including country walks, water sports, a theme park and outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The property is 46 km from Bath. The nearest airport is Bristol Airport, 23 km from Heatherdune.

I visited with my children in February to meet with family. Heather dune beat my expectations by far, so relaxing with a beautiful view and very well equipped. Kate and Carl were warm, friendly hosts. We would love to come and visit again. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Heatherdune house. It was great that the beds were all made up for us. We were also welcomed with bread, tea, coffee, milk etc. Its a lovely spacious house with a fantastic sea view. The only thing I found is that it was difficult for my elderly mother to climb up some quite steep wooden stairs to the lounge and TV area. Would be a good idea to put a second TV down stairs.

The house itself was very comfortable and roomy. One of the best places me and my friends have stayed in, and the wonderful view was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend and would stay there again, as well as recommend to other friends. Thank you Kate you kept us up to date every step of the way, making it simple and easy.

“Superb Week”

We have just spent a fabulous week ay Heatherdune. The house was spacious, had every amenity needed and extremely comfortable. We all agree that it has been the most comfortable we havr been away from home. The property had direct access to the beach and it is obe of the best beaches around. Our dog loved it as well as our children. Locally there are shops and amusements a plenty. The owners could not do enough to ensure our stay was the best experience possible. We would love to come back next year! Thank you Kate and husband!

How do damage deposits work?
