The Kitchen and lounge area blend beautifully together creating a bright functional and airy family space, The galley styled kitchen has newly fitted cream shaker units with a sand beach effect work top. The kitchen comprises of a gas hob, kettle, microwave, under counter fridge, under counter freezer, electric oven and separate grill.

The lounge features a dark grey corner sofa where the family can relax and enjoy freeview on a 29" LCD TV surrounded by a dark wooden unit with DVD player and selection of DVDs. The unique carved ships wheel coffee table is definitely a strong talking point while you relax in front of the electric effect wood burner

There is a cloakroom with a WC, washbasin and wall mounted mirror. Upstairs the landing features a spectacular glitter effect feature wallpaper, full length wall mounted mirror and coat hooks.

The Master bedroom features a sumptuous King size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps against the floral aqua gold featured wall paper, a full size chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror and double wardrobe with ample storage space. The master bedroom overlooks the rear garden and glimpses of the Braunton Burrows Dunes system can be seen on a clear day.

The Twin bedroom has a funky bright purple theme which all ages are bound to love ! Bedside tables with reading lamps, wooden dressing table, matching wardrobe and 2 generous sized single beds.

The family bathroom certainly creates the wow factor, imagine a glass of wine relaxing after an exhausting day jammed with activities in the bath.... Jacuzzi Spa Bath.... HEAVENLY! Bathroom includes a large corner shower, WC, Washbasin, wall mounted mirror, scales, towel storage, laundry hamper and space for toiletries.

OUTSIDE Honeypot From the dinning room there's French patio doors that lead onto a enclosed private decking space, with garden furniture and a BBQ.

Braunton is known as the largest remaining village in the UK, famous for its beautiful Braunton burrows dunes, The old Great fields and picturesque walks along the Tarka Trail which used to be a railway link to Barnstaple and Bideford. Brauntons village is well suited for all ages from its cafés, bars and traditional pub selection serving locally sourced produce. Surfing is a sport known to many and the various surfing outlets will be happy to help with a friendly laid back attitude. Braunton is an ideal location spot with its handy transport links to Barnstaple for bigger outlet shopping days, easy access to Exmoor, follow the road direct to Mortehoe, Woolacombe, Lynton, Lynmouth and Ilfracombe for great days out or for those of you who wish to relax on the beach then there are a few to choose from - Saunton is the closest (3minute drive) Croyde beach (5minutes) Putsborough beach and not forgetting Woolacombe.
