An end-terrace cottage based near the town of Oakham in Rutland that can sleep three people in two bedrooms.Mouse Cottage is an end-terrace cottage located near the town of Oakham in Rutland. It has two bedrooms comprising of a king-size and a single with a single pull-out as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a dining room with a multi-fuel stove and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside sits a raised patio area with a table, chairs and a gas barbecue. Mouse Cottage is a delightful cottage, perfect for families to come and stay.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire and multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with BT cable and BT Sports, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power and inc. in rent. Fuel for stove available on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking in front of house. Raised patio with furniture and gas BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pubs 3 mins walk.

Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: The county town of Rutland, Oakham is a great place to spend a holiday. It is filled with stone and thatched buildings and offers shops, restaurants and bars as well as a museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church. To the outskirts of the town sits the Rutland Water Nature Reserve which offers watersports, a small water adventure park, a bird watching fair, sailing club and fishing. There is also Rutland Water Golf Course overlooking the lake. The Midlands is packed with towns and cities worth visiting, the train station in Oakham offers access to places such as Nottingham and Leciester with their great shopping and stunning buildings.
