It has six bedrooms: one ground floor double, one twin, one first floor master king-size double, one king-size (zip/link) and two single. There is a ground floor bathroom and WC, a first floor bathroom and WC, as well as a shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is an additional sitting room, as well as a snug room and utility. Not to forget the games room with a pool table and dart board for those lazy nights in. It has off-road parking for 3 cars. Outside has a large garden with a spacious decking area with furniture, a picnic bench and vast views across the farming fields. Barton View is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations.

Access to sports club half a mile away which includes a bar, tennis courts and poor table. Hourly bus service 100metres from property. Note: A few steep steps to the entrance. Note: The owners live next door and need to test the hot tub water daily. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping bond of £300.00.
