Description

Le Brouillac is a beautifully restored farmhouse set in a peaceful hamlet in the north of the Dordogne, near the charming town of Brantome, known as the 'Venice of the Perigord''. It is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday for a group of friends or for an extended family gathering. The two hundred year old house is very comfortable and has retained many original features such as oak beams and stone fireplace with wood burning stove, but the recent restoration has added all the modern comforts you need to make your stay 'a home from home'.

There is a private swimming pool, set in a sunny courtyard and the enclosed garden is planted with flowering shrubs, fruit trees and a herb garden. There is a shaded pergola with a BBQ area and plenty of outdoor furniture for meals 'al fresco'

The pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

The owners can help with recommendations of restaurants, vineyard tours, golf and canoeing trips etc
