All new kitchen. Pamper yourselves at Gene & Sandy's first vacation nightly rental when you stay in this 2 bedroom brook side walk in condo at Meadow Brook Resort. The Brookside Getaway's view of the pool and brook allows you to enjoy listening to the babbling brook while you relax and unwind. Or relax at one of the pools, in a hot tub or inside in a recliner. Rest well at night on either of the king sized beds before another day of fun. Nestled in SW Branson on a low traffic street with parking in front; it is conveniently located only 2.7 miles south of the strip off Hwy 165.

It is like having 2 master bedrooms! Both bedrooms have a king bed, adjoining bathroom, walk in closet, ceiling fan, HDTV with DVD player and chair. With the guest bathroom's doors exiting to both the guest bedroom and hall, you may turn the bathroom into a private guest bath by closing the hall door.


GUEST - Single vanity sink; shower stall. Not handicap.

MASTER - Jetted tub / shower combo. Dual vanity sink in bedroom separate from the bathroom area.

The condo has magazines, puzzles, toys, cards, DVD's & videos. We also have travel brochures, Branson maps, and coupon books. We even provide driving directions using the alternate, less congested routes.


Only 2 single steps on the sidewalk to the building. No additional stairs. Keyless.

NO Smoking in condo or in screened porch. NO pets. No exceptions due to allergies.


MINIMUM # NIGHTS can vary. Two night bookings are used for gaps between bookings, last minute & slower dates. Inquire for 2 night availability. Changes daily.
