Tamar Lakes Country Park is a short drive away and offers coarse fishing, watersports, cycling and walking.  In the evening, you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity with a glass of wine and relax on the BBQ area or alternatively take a stroll to the village pub serving good food.

The accommodation offers ONE bedroom: accessed via open-tread stairs, with king-size bed (zip-and-link, which can be made up as a twin upon request) and TV. Shower room: with WC. Downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: lovely room with electric fire, TV and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge and microwave (washing facilities by arrangement). Outside: private patio, BBQ area with table and chairs overlooking the large pond, use of large gardens, bike storage avaliable. Amenities: parking for 1 car. Part central and electric heating. Bed linen and Wi-Fi included. Electric by £1/£2 coin meter, pre-loaded to the value of £10. No smoking in the property. Regret no pets. No cot or highchair provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Additional info: babies up to 12 months only please. Regret no toddlers. Location: beach 8 miles, pub and shops under 1 mile.
