The Pressing room is all one level: Lounge with beams and stone floors throughout, double bed ,dining area, kitchen, and shower room with toilet and basin. Gas fired central heating, wood burning stove and laundry service. Outside there is a patio with furniture, parking for 2 cars and a cycle store.This is an ideal place for couples to stay , relax and enjoy the view.

Very clean and excellent hosts two lovely visitors each day Karen’s dogs.lovely area to visit which made it better with the excellent weather. Beach not too far again. Definitely visit again

Karen and Bill very friendly if we asked for recommendation they told us best paces to go as dog staying with us explained which beaches were dog friendly ,my dog loved having a field to runaround in ,nothing was to much for them this is a great place to stay we have been once but will be back next july /aug and october we used to camp but now cant get hubby near a camp site he loves it here thank you for the great welcolm too xx see you soon

Located just outside Bradpole, near Bridport, on A3066. Very nice accomodation, comfortable and quiet. I hope to visit again next year.

“Comfortable and cosy”

Very nice, comfortable, cosy, beautiful, clean and spacious accommodation on a small quiet farm within an easy short drive to the coastal village of West bay....(broadchurch film location). There's enough room for a weeks clothes, all you'll need in the kitchen, a spacious hot shower, parking right outside the door and a comfy bed. Only downside was poor data and phone signals. We've stayed in lots of accommodation similar and would rate this the best so far.

“Excellent and spotless accommodation”

The accommodation was exceptional just as all the other times we have visited Bradpole farm. We've Bridport and West Bay so it is an ideal location. I have recommended the accommodation to many friends and family. Karen and Bill always friendly and make you very welcome. This was our third visit.

The perfect location for walking with our dog, The Pressing Room is a fantastic base. Very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, fantastic bathroom with a powerful shower. The log burner is a great finishing touch and completed our stay. It's like we said; "Karen had thought of everything"

We have been fortunate enough to have traveled and lived all over the world and the accommadation at Broad Road fatm is up there with the best. The attention to detail, the excellent quality of all fixtures and furnishing etc are excellent. The welcome pack of fresh eggs, milk and eggs on arrival was so lovely. Karen and Bill, our hosts, you deserve 5 stars, cannot recommend you highly enough .

“A Perfect Bolthole”

We chose to stay at the Pressing Room for our 35th wedding anniversary after reading the other excellent reviews and it was certainly the right choice. Karen and family (including Oscar and Cassie the dogs) managed to skillfully combine providing a friendly welcome and relaxed ambience with respecting our privacy. The bottle of fizz chilling in the fridge to mark our anniversary was a really thoughtful touch as were the eggs, milk and cake. The Pressing Room is comfortably furnished, clean with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside, which we were able to take advantage of from either inside or sitting on the veranda while have our meals.

“2nd visit loved everything about it and didnt want to go home”

Stayed here in Sept last year in the Farrows which was fantastic so as soon as we got back booked our week in May staying in The Pressing Room which was even better because the patio had amazing views for miles. The room was so beautiful fixtures and fittings top class. Kitchen and bathroom so well equipped better than our own home, just felt so at home and relaxed here. Were told we could go and look at new born lambs which was great, the owners very friendly but not intrusive at all which is what we like in a holiday. The area around bradpole beautiful there just nothing about this holiday I could say was not first class, so much so that we back there again in July (cant wait).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
