Charnwood Cottage is a delightful character cottage that offers all the home comforts set in the heart of the village of Brading which has its own train station. The cottage is ideally located only 5 minutes drive from popular sandy beaches of Yaverland and Sandown, and 10 minutes drive to Ryde and main interchange. There is a small paved courtyard to the rear of the cottage.

Brading is one of the oldest towns on the Isle of Wight and steeped in history. Here you can explore the pretty Norman church, the Bull Ring and the Old Town Hall, with its whipping post and stocks. Other attractions include the Brading Roman Villa, The Lilliput Antique Doll and Toy Museum and Morton Manor with its beautiful gardens.

There is a small paved courtyard to the rear of the cottage and to the side a rotary clothes line and a garden shed with garden furniture, BBQ stored for visitors use.

There are some very scenic walks in and around Brading; including the historic walk along the old harbour wall to the windmill at Bembridge. it is not far from Ryde and Sandown has a couple of good pubs and a local supermarket.
