You’ll enjoy the lush grassy lawn, the pier and boat dock/fishing dock on the sound side. To the west lie beautiful white sand beaches, and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A nicely manicured brick walkway leads to the beach. Here, you’ll have the best of both worlds, as well as a swimming pool. The pool patio area with lounge chairs is ensconced in nature; graceful palms, fragrant tropical flowers, and lush landscaping.

The bright and airy living room features a plush, oversize, cockle shell gray sofa, loveseat and armchair, nicely arranged around a new, 50" high definition smart television, new television console and coffee table. Relax on the sofa at the end of a long day to stream your favorite shows or movies, or gather your group for family movie night. The living room sofa is also a queen size sleeper.

The living room has new window coverings and a new, tropical ceiling fan with natural palm blades, as well as end tables with stylish, coastal-themed lamps and maritime fine wall art. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to a balcony with expansive water views of Anna Maria Sound.

Kitchen & Dining:

The open-concept kitchen/living/dining is a design highlight of this condo. A chef is never isolated from the social scene. The sleek, stylish, completely renovated kitchen will dazzle guests with countertops and a breakfast bar the color of sunlight dancing on aquamarine water. These unique blue countertops add tropical tranquility to kitchen space. An ornate cream color Italian tile backsplash enhances these blue agate-hued countertops. Even the French white wood cabinets have fixtures the color of larimar. This cozy condo kitchen gleams with artistic, professional design and attention to detail.

In addition to thoughtful decor touches, this gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art, stainless appliances, including a French door fridge/freezer with ice maker, a glass stove top, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and oversize farmhouse-style sink with adjustable spray nozzle. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new pots, pans, cookware, dishware, bakeware, utensils, coffee mugs and glassware, as well as a new cappuccino/espresso maker, new kettle, new blender, food processor and toaster.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
