This 2 bedroom cottage has a master bedroom with a 5ft king size bed & an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom, adjacent to the family bathroom, has 3ft twin beds which can be made into a 6ft super king size bed if required. Both bedrooms have high quality pocket sprung mattresses and black out curtains for a good nights sleep. The spiral stair case leads up to our fun mezzanine level overlooking the open plan living area. The mezzanine has comfy bean bags and a smart TV, the perfect den for the kids! Downstairs you will find a stylish, modern kitchen with solid corian worktops, equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and a dishwasher so you can relax and unwind in front of the TV or around the dinner table.

Honeysuckle cottage looks onto a central courtyard and has its own patio furniture where you can relax and eat on warm, sunny evenings. It also has an enclosed garden so the children can play. As Elm Tree is a working farm, there are plenty of opportunities to learn about the daily activities and get to know the animals too. A BBQ is also available.

We are 6 miles from Silverstone race circuit while the towns of Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford and Blenheim are just a few of Britain's most popular destinations that are a must on any trip to the UK. Bicester is just a 50 minute train journey from London and it's designer outlet village, attracts shoppers from far and wide!

There are golf courses everywhere and excellent spas to spend a day of relaxation. The kids won't be bored with attractions such as Wickstead Park, Woburn Abbey, Gullivers Land, The Roald Dahl Museum and the Milton Keynes Snow Dome waiting to welcome you.

Brackley

Brackley is a town in south Northamptonshire, England, approximately 19 miles (31 km) from Oxford and 22 miles (35 km) from Northampton. Historically a market town based on the wool and lace trade, Brackley now has connections with Formula 1 as it is close to Silverstone and home to Mercedes GP.

There are excellent, farm shops and traditional country pubs close by and Brackley has 2 supermarkets where you can pick up anything you may need. It also has a great selection of restaurants and take-aways and a fascinating antiques cellar where you can easily lose yourself for a few hours.

“EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT”

We would like to thank all the support and help given, Lizzy and her family are wonderfull, the house is really good, you have all you may need, I recommend this house as one of the best I have ever been.
