CHANGEOVER DAYS ARE MON OR FRI.*************Find peace, relaxation and comfort and a touch of luxury in this beautiful, old Dartmoor cottage.Springfield is a detached, cob property situated on the edge of Old Liverton, near Bovey Tracey, within Dartmoor National Park.The garden has fruit trees, lawns, beautiful plants and flowers and a pond with plenty of fish trying to avoid the local herons.Springfield is on the outskirts of the older part of Liverton, locally known as Old Liverton, and benefits from views looking up over the Dartmoor woodland and towards Haytor, which is just a few minutes drive away.The location, being just 1 mile off the A38, means it benefits from being in some of Devon's most beautiful scenery whilst being accessible to major road networks to allow you to travel to all the other fabulous areas that the South West has to offer.This area is particularly great for ramblers, walkers and cyclists and at the same time allows you to experience most other activities that you could want in a holiday including relaxation.

Beautiful cottage in perfect setting

The setting for the cottage was lovely and the cottage itself fitted out to a very high standard. There was even a hamper to welcome us. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great cottage

Very cosy cottage immaculately presented. The wood burner is a real treat when it is cold outside. Easy access to Dartmoor and easily accessible from the A38.

Why can't I call Quentin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Quentin (the owner) a message.

If Quentin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
