This two bedroom cottage is located in the village of Bournemouth near Poole, and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.3 Livingstone Road is a modern cottage situated in the village of Bournemouth, Dorset. Hosting two bedrooms; a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room. Outside there is a small gravelled area to the front and garden to the rear with artificial lawn, patio, furniture, and summer house. Resting in a vibrant location a short distance from the beach, 3 Livingstone Road is a wonderful cottage in a unique part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Small gravelled area to the front and garden to the rear with artificial lawn, patio, furniture, and summer house. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. There is a bus stop outside (2 min walk) with buses every few minutes for rides in to Bournemouth to explore. Note: Roadside parking (subject to availability) and nearby car park.
