Getting around

Christchurch is 5 mins by Car with its lovely Quay, unique shops, cafes, pubs, nice relaxing place to visit and good restaurant and nightlife Vibe. Dog friendly. Southbourne Beach and Shops 7 mins by Car, with Cafes and Pubs, also leads to the Overcliff with Sea Views, lots of Pubs/Restaurants on this stretch which leads to Bournemouth one way or Hengistbury Head. Winter climate is milder in Bournemouth so you can still enjoy lots of lovely walks or cycle by the river,via beach to Hengistbury head spit or in the New Forest which has great cycle routes. Shell Bay beach is great, then you can pop into Swanage and Corfe Castle. Lymington lovely marina,town with quality market with olives and bread stalls on a Saturday, Ferry to Isle of Wight.

Interaction with guest

We live in the bungalow next to flat . We are very friendly and happy to help if you need us, but also like you to have privacy on your holiday. You can text me, ring or contact me by email anytime, always available. Guests will have access to the entire flat by your own front door. Parking outside, back door leads to enclosed decking area and garden. There is a manual in the flat with a guide to the area and Tips on places to visit and Dog Walking Areas. There are Board games,books and magazines if you just want to chill. Guests can drop off luggage early and we can store luggage, if late departure.

Please respect our lovely neighbours and keep noise, late at night to a minimum, we are set back up a lane with a private drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
