Hartford Court is located at the Bournemouth Town Centre end of Christchurch Road, and is situated within the East Cliff Conservation Area, which places the accommodation within easy walking distance of both the town centre and the beaches. Able to accommodate 6 people comfortably (7/8 if using the sofabed) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, being an en-suite shower room, as well as a further family bathroom with a bath and shower. The living area comprises of a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, as well as designated dining and lounge areas. Access to the building is secured with an entry phone system.

We had a wonderful holiday in Hartford Court - 2 friends and myself stayed for 5 nights in July. Adrian and Sarah are really helpful and friendly and did everything they could to make our stay welcoming. The apartment is lovely - with great modern decor and amenities and very comfortable. There were lovely little extras in the apartment too, like nice soaps and shower gels. It has an excellent location with easy access to the beaches and town. We had a wonderful time and were also very lucky with the weather - as we chose the hottest week of the year!! We all highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was great. Fab location, great that it had parking and even better that there was a lift to the front door.Even though it's only located on the first floor it made life easier with the buggies. The owners are lovely and extremely helpful with all kinds of information. The apartment is well equipped with everything that you would need and they seem to have eveything covered! No doubt we will be returning very soon!!
“Fabulous apartment, perfect for young family.”
The apartment is not only brilliantly equipped with everything we could need for a week long holiday with a 3 and 1 year old (down to the plastic crockery & cutlery) it is also perfectly situated for a short stroll down to the beach without little legs getting too tired. Its also an easy walk into town. Adrian and Sarah were so helpful in providing information about where would be good to visit and eat with our children, and although we didn't get to try all their recommendations, those we did were spot on. We would certainly return and have already recommended it to some friends. Brilliant place.
“Beautiful apartment and great location”
We wanted an apartment with three bedrooms to accommodate myself, husband, daughters and also to invite my sister and brother in law to stay for Easter weekend. Adrian and Sarah's apartment fitted the bill and we were delighted when we opened the door. It is beautiful inside, with extras such as handsoap, DVDs and numerous magazines/information of the local area. This was our first trip to Bournemouth. Adrian and Sarah gave us loads of information particularly on eating places which were very much appreciated! Particular things of note: a small lift right next to the apartment, useful for shopping trips, buggies etc., good power showers, very well-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge. There is a short walk to the East Cliff. We walked over on our first night and felt we were in a very 'safe' area. You can leave your car at Hartford Court and walk into town (10-15 mins) either along the cliff or straight down Christchurch Road. We found people in Bournemouth very friendly and it was nice to see students around the place. When coming from the New Forest, (having crawled through Boscombe a couple of times), we would recommend turning north from Christchurch to the A338, then approach Christchurch Road off the A338, past the train station on your left then turn left off St Swithuns roundabout. Excellent accommodation for a relaxing break.

Booked apartment to visit family in bournemouth. owners flexible with length of stay so that was great. Its a modern very clean apartment & it was ideal for our needs. Its about a 10-15 min walk into the middle of bournemouth. I found the owners really helpful, lovely people, would recommend this apartment.

Central location, close to seafront and town. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped and furnished to a very high standard with lots of thoughtful extras like wi-fi, DVDs, books, games. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

“Late booking of take advantage of good weather!”
Our stay in Bournemouth Fri 30th September to Wed 5th Oct 2011, was a very last minute arrangement. Adrian and Sarah were really quick to respond to our request and to suggest collection of keys etc (All done within about 12 hours). We have stayed self catering in a number of apartments in Bournemouth and 12 Hartford Court definitely deserves an excellent rating. I came armed with the usual cleaning products and toiletries etc but was very pleasantly surprised to discover that all rooms were immaculately presented and in addition the owners had thought of numerous little extras to ensure comfort and entertainment for their guests. I also feel that the quality of the kitchen equipment deserves a mention, we had everything needed to cater for ourselves and the children. I was also impressed to find a safe in the main bedroom cupboard. Anyone travelling with young children or a member of the family with a disability may be interested to know that there is a lift available which is next to the front door of number 12. This proved brilliant when returning with push chair and sleeping baby! Access to the East Cliff is only a short stroll away and the cliff lift proved a must at the end of a long day on the beach or walking back from the gardens. I would be very happy to stay at 12, Hartford Court again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

The flat was very well equipped and modern with room for 8 with 3 double bedrooms plus sofa bed in lounge. Great location, being 5 minutes walk from the beach for that early morning swim with main pier and town centre about 20 minutes walk. Also near the main line railway station. Adjacent to the A35 so some background traffic noise but not excessive. We enjoyed the louge/kitchen setup with evenings in cooking meals/playing games with everyone in the same large 'L' shaped space; this was very sociable. Bedrooms all spacious with double/twin beds.
