Occupying a prime cliff top position Latitude West is an impressive development and is located in the family resort of Southbourne. This property is an ideal holiday apartment with it's panoramic sea views from most rooms and it's location being just across the road from the award winning sandy beaches of Southbourne.

LOCAL AREA: It is a short walk from the apartment to the 'Zig -Zag' path down to the sandy beaches where Bistro on the Beach Restaurant can be found nestled below the slopes off Southbourne Coast Road, right on the promenade with it's stunning sea views from every table. There are nearby shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Crossroads which includes the well known restaurant Roots which is a contemporary fine dining restaurant. For activity in the local area Seafield Gardens, which has held the prestigious Green Flag Award since 2001, offers bowls, tennis and features a water tower. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway, a funicular railway between the clifftop coastal road and the promenade and beach. The easternmost part of the area is called Hengistbury Head. The land train runs across Hengistbury Head from the bus terminus to the beach. There is a golf course here and kite flying is a very popular activity. A long, but pleasant, walk along the promenade leads you to Boscombe or Bournemouth piers for all amenities and a variety of family entertainment and tourist attractions. A short car drive offers the historic town of Christchurch or the vast New Forest. Alternatively a short drive will take you to Bournemouth town centre for more of the hustle and bustle this tourist town has to offer. The Pier approach with it's leisure facilities and entertainment is a must to visit whilst staying in this seaside holiday town. This property makes for a very modern, colourful, coastal retreat which should please visitors looking for a beach holiday.

“Great location, high quality accommodation”

Reviewed 4 Jun 2019

Very well situated apartment, the beach was just across the road and a fab beach restaurant. Coop just round the corner and an excellent fish and chip takeaway. Local bus service also near by which we rode to go into Bournemouth. Lovely walks and lots of activities near by. We had a great girly weekend and hope to visit again soon.

Response from the manager Hi, thank you for your review. It's lovely to receive such positive feedback and we look forward to welcoming you again if you return to the area. Best Wishes, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.

“Amazing views from the balcony of this beach side flat ...”

Reviewed 4 Jun 2019

Wonderful flat. Bright, light, and very clean. Close to the beach and the local Co-op. Within walking distance of pubs and restaurants. A two minute drive, or 15 minute walk from Hengistbury Head. However, what makes this flat magical is the balcony and the fantastic panoramic view right round to Old Harry’s Rocks. I could quite happily sit on the balcony with my morning coffee, afternoon tea, evening glass of wine, and watch the sun come up and go down … in fact I fully intend to do this again in August!

Response from the manager Hi, thank you for your review and feedback. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday so much and took advantage of what this lovely area has to offer. If you would like to book again please let us know and we will do our best to help you. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.

“Fantastic purport you will want to visit again and again”

Reviewed 3 Jun 2019

The apartment is across the road from a beautiful beach and has access to amazing coastal walks. Public transport to Bournemouth and Poole is a very short walk away and buses run frequently, even on Sundays. The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need. What a wonderful feeling sitting on the balcony with uninterrupted views of the beach. I can't think of any negatives about this apartment and location. It was my first visit to this apartment and hopefully not my last.

Response from the manager Hi Rick, thank you for your review and feedback. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your holiday so much and would love to welcome you again to stay. Regards, Bournecoast Holiday Agents.
