There is a spacious lounge on the second floor with FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The accommodation has a modern, fitted kitchen with ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is also a WASHING MACHINE located in the understairs cupboard. The dining area is located in the large hallway which is next to the kitchen. There is a modern bathroom on the first floor with bath, shower facility and toilet. This property has off road parking available for two cars. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade: D.

This is a spacious, three bedroom, first and second floor masionette, part of a Manor House which has been converted into apartments. The property has high ceilings and some quaint original character features. It is located in the sought-after tree lined area of Talbot Woods in Bournemouth, close to Meyrick Park Golf Club and Bournemouth Town Centre.

“You got what it says and it is a better than a lot of places”

We found the apartment and got in without issues. It is in a very nice area with access to the outer roads and town centre area's without problems. There was everything we expected apart from the virgin media was in fact a sky box (so if you have a sky card at home take it with you and you can match the box with your card to get what you have at home. Don't forget to rematch after) The bedrooms were comfy and the dining area and kitchen and bath rooms me our needs. The living room space was very nicely decorated and big enough for 5 people. There were a few very minor issues which we noted for the owner but these in no way hindered our enjoyment. I would have no hesitation in going back again.

How do damage deposits work?
