A new spacious one-bedroom ground floor luxury apartment, boasting a lateral sea view from the balcony/terrace, and a secure allocated underground parking bay with lift access.

This apartment could not be in a more central location, only a 3-minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes’ walk to Bournemouth Pier and the Bournemouth International Centre, 6 minutes’ walk to Bournemouth’s Victorian gardens and the new BH2 Odeon Cinema complex, and only a 10-minute walk to the busy central shopping district of Bournemouth Square with department stores, national retailers and smaller boutique shops. This is the perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and shopping without using your car.

The apartment is very well appointed, with a modern fitted kitchen, built-in appliances including a single oven, ceramic hob, extractor, dishwasher, and a built-in 50/50 frost free fridge freezer. There is also a microwave, a kettle and toaster, and a Lavazza coffee machine.

A washer drier, ironing board and steam iron are located in the hall cupboard.

The spacious lounge/diner provides access to the balcony/terrace with a table and two chairs which on a sunny day is bathed in morning sunlight. The room is furnished with dining table and 4 chairs, a large and very comfortable 3-seater sofa with a synthetic anti-allergy filling, a TV console table with a Sony 55” Smart TV with HD Freeview, 4K streaming, YouView, and Netflix. There is also a Sonos WiFi speaker for streaming your own music playlists, and complimentary WiFi (unlimited download) with speeds of up to 165mbps.

The bedroom is spacious with a luxury pocket sprung cool memory foam king-sized mattress and a luxury padded headboard, a double wardrobe, a full-length mirror, two bedside tables, a dressing table with stool, mirror, and hairdryer, and a security safe for storing valuables. The king-sized bed has four pillows, and is fitted with luxurious Dorma 500 thread count silky smooth satin cotton sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover.

There is a luxurious bathroom with a good size bath with shower and a shower screen, and a wall-hung basin and toilet. Luxury towels and complimentary toiletries are provided, as well as two XL Dock & Bay quick-dry beach towels.

The apartment temperature is thermostatically controlled with a heat extraction system to help keep it cooler in summer and radiators to keep warm in winter.

There is a new Chinese restaurant within the development, and the widest variety of more than 15 restaurants to suit any palate or budget within a few minutes’ walk.
