The first floor modern, fitted kitchen with a breakfast with two bar stools and includes ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC CERAMIC HOB - WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. There is a modern, fitted bathroom with a unique two person 4 jet spa bath and toilet on the first floor. This property has a communal garden. There is allocated off road parking for one car offered with this accommodation (NB: permit must be displayed at all times). GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED. The property is set over the first and second floors of a large converted gentleman's residence, The Firs, on an exclusive tree lined avenue located in Talbot Woods, just a short drive away from Bournemouth town centre. This apartment is ideal for a family holiday.

LOCAL AREA: Talbot Woods is widely regarded as Bournemouth's most prestigious residential area and is an area to the north west of the centre of Bournemouth. Talbot Woods offers local facilities including the West Hants Racquet, Sports and Leisure Club and Meyrick Park with a superb 18 hole golf course.
