This beautifully presented studio apartment can be found in the vibrant area of The Triangle in Bournemouth. Just a short walk to exciting Bournemouth Square in the town centre, where you will find a vast range of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities. Bournemouth beach is just around the corner and around a ten minute walk from the apartment.

On the day of your arrival you will be met at the flat with a communal key and the code to the key safe for the flat so please let us know what time you will be arriving, prior to the day. However if you are expecting to arrive in the middle of the night, send us a message so we can work out an alternative.

This Studio apartment is located in the exciting area of The Triangle, which offers many restaurants, bars, shops and amenities. Perfect for business or pleasure, there are great transport links to the local area via bus and the train station is just a short bus journey. Bournemouth town centre is just a few minutes' walk and Bournemouth Beach just a stone's throw away.

The flat is equipped with complementary WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix and has access to a communal cleaning area with washing machines and dryers for those longer stays. The flat comes fully furnished with cutlery and linen. The flat will be provided with Shampoo/Soap, a desk, a hairdryer, a toaster and other extras such as basic cleaning products.

There is plenty of choice for car parks in the surrounding area.

The flat is provided with one double bed, however if you want to sleep three we offer a blow-up air bed that can be left in the flat for you, please let us know prior to your stay however if you will be needing this.

The apartment is perfect for anyone who is down for a short break or for someone who is down on business. However, it is close to many attractions and night clubs for those wishing to enjoy Bournemouth nightlife.

There is a bus stop close by and the beach and town are within walking distance.

The flats have been newly fitted out, everything is up to spec. The furnishings are to a high standard with everything you would need for a comfortable break away.

If you want to bring a pet, please check with us first, we may allow small animals.

We have to offer 2 x 1-bedroom flats and 2 x studio flats – the cheaper units are the studio flats and the more expensive units are the 1-bedroom flats. All of the units are lovely, but we want to make sure that you book the unit that you prefer!

We have the following household rules for all occupants to ensure that everyone makes the very best of their stay with us:

• Please be respectful of the neighbours

• Please keep your noise levels sensible – no loud music or noise after 10pm

• NO SMOKING inside the building

• No drugs on the premises

• Please be clean and tidy

• Please do not leave any belongings in the communal areas

• Please make sure that you shut the front door properly

• No additional guests to those that have been booked in

How do damage deposits work?
