Description

Large, detached house set behind private gates close to famous blue-flagged Sandbanks beaches. Sleeps 18 guests: 5 bedrooms/1 family bathroom /1 shower room/2 cloakrooms. ( 1 double bedroom on ground floor)

Upon entering one walks into the hallway with a ground floor cloakroom. There is a large family lounge area including 2 x double sofa beds, overlooking the secluded rear garden that can be accessed via the conservatory where the football table is situated. A ground floor double bedroom can also be found. The kitchen, complete with American style fridge/freezer and breakfast bar area and a large separate dining room can also be found on the ground floor.

The first floor has four large bedrooms. Master bedroom: 1 x king-size bed and 1 x single bed, and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed. Bedroom 3: 1 x double bed, 1 x set of adult size bunk beds. Bedroom 4: 2 x singles. There is also a family bathroom with separate toilet.

The rear garden includes large paved patio area with table and chairs, and its own charcoal BBQ, and can also be accessed via a large private driveway that provides parking space for at least six vehicles behind gates.

This spacious house offers self-catering accommodation for all those who wish to experience living by the sea.

Located within a 10-minute walk to Canford Cliffs Village and Branksome beach (part of the famous Sandbanks blue-flag beaches) and is within easy reach of Bournemouth & Poole town centres and the stunning Jurassic Coast, including Studland Bay and Swanage.

Available for weekend breaks, short breaks, wedding receptions, family functions, week holidays, corporate training, entertaining and much more. How do damage deposits work?
