The lounge/diner also has doors to the balcony, a bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 and a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - this room leads to the modern, fitted kitchen area which includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. The modern, fully tiled bathroom has a bath, shower facility and toilet. There is shared use available of the terraced patio garden. The accommodation comes with allocated off road parking for one car (allocated parking space is number 31). GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade: C.

This is a beautiful first floor apartment which is part of the prestigious Victorian building "Burlington Mansions". The grandeur of the original structure of this building has been maintained whilst sensitive conversions have resulted in apartments that are equipped with the conveniences of 21st century living.

LOCAL AREA: The property is situated just a short walk away from Boscombe Pier and beachfront where you will find the Coastal Activity Park, a pub and restaurants and Boscombe shopping centre is located within walking distance. Boscombe is a busy seaside resort located between central Bournemouth and Christchurch, whilst being an important and busy part of Bournemouth and has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes. The sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for early morning swimming, surf lessons and body boarding and there are plenty of other watersports to choose from in Bournemouth and neighbouring Poole. How do damage deposits work?
