You’ll love its prime location, nr best beaches in UK, fab setting,central but quiet!v.comfy pocket sprung bed, great kitchen w/4-oven aga,laundry facilities, best neighbourhood,excellent leisure facilities nearby: good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, + top floor apt (own entrance) is ideal for sharers/families (with kids).

The space

Fantastically convenient - only a 5 minute walk to the local Winton shops nr Waitrose, Lidl etc. 5 mins drive to Bmth town centre, 5 mins walk to local bus routes; 5 mins drive to the zig zag route to East Cliff beach on sea front!

Superb location and best neighbourhood in Bmth, 2 mins walk to local West Hants club with tennis, swimming, gym, squash, creche for children etc...Excellent facilities nearby & easy access Bmth nightlife - nightclubs, cinemas, theatre, Bournemouth International Centre conferences etc; Lots of Language schools nearby. Various university short courses available for extra-curricular interest;

There's even a Gourmet Michelin Star training for top class Cuisine & catering college nearby! .

Study for a new career in Bourneouth - so many options available.

Gorgeous Dorset coastline - easy access to The Purbecks, Old Harry's Rocks, Sandbanks, the Ferry over to Swanage (Thomas Hardy country!) - very beautiful part of England.

Enjoyable walks in the local neighbourhood, use of huge garden with wooden swing at the property where you can sit out and hear birds singing, quiet peaceful and sunny aspect.

Guest access

English 1909 built 'ARTS & CRAFTS' house, full of character with many original features.

Use of the well equipped kitchen with 4-oven aga/range cooker, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water filter for drinking water, Samsung fridge with icemaker and chilled filtered drinking water dispenser in Utility room, laundry room with state of the art Miele washing machine with steam technology (2 free washloads included per week for longer stay guests, £4 per load thereafter inc washing powder), drying & ironing facilities in situ, downstairs cloakroom,dining room, some use of living room (please enquire), Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms with superfast WIFI, some rooms have Tivo box with movie & sports package (pls enquire), offroad parking and huge garden - access to BBQ and garden sun loungers upon request. Possible use of automatic car available from £150 per week (subject to availability - enquire for details).

Other things to note

Offroad parking available (new car port being built early 2017) , also free parking on one of the side roads.

Drying facilities outside and inside laundry room, ironing facilities in house, ironing service available (extra cost) upon request.

Waitrose is open to 8pm most nights, and Lidl to 10pm

Wide choice of excellent local restaurants with tasty food to offer - it is worth buying a TASTE card on line (3 month trial is only £1) to get 50% on many restuarants!

West Hants leisure club with tennis, squash, swimming, gym, restaurant etc 2 mins walk away - great rates on student membership too.

Cycle hire available in Charminster road.

Car hire (automatic hybrid drive) might be available at the house during early 2017 at £150 per week + insurance waiver, Intl driving licence needed (enquire for details).

Russell Cotes museum is just 10 mins drive away. Bournemouth nightlife easy access too.

Ample doctor and dentists nearby - just ask for long stay guests.

good bus routes, plenty of taxis; great area for cycling as no hills! easy to drive as the property has plenty of offroad parking (free) Only half a mile from Bournemouth train & coach stations FREE on site secure parking
