The lounge leads to a kitchen/dining area (breakfast bar seating six) with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and toilet. This accommodation has one allocated parking space for you to use during your stay. There is a lift available in the block which will assist you when making your way up to this Penthouse Apartment. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade: C. A £200 damage deposit is required for holiday lets.

This is a beautiful, modern fifth floor penthouse apartment which is in Bournemouth town centre, situated with direct access to the stunning cliff tops and blue flag sandy bathing beaches of Bournemouth just at the end of the road.
