This stylish apartment offers a unique combination of tranquility and fun. Nestling between the beautiful Lower Gardens,a friendly town centre and seven miles of clean golden sands. Bournemouth boasts everything from a wide selection of restaurants,cafes,pubs,individual boutique shops,a convention centre,supermarket,a cinema,and general high street amenities all within walking distance of your door. Bournemouth is one of the largest seaside resorts on Britain’s south coast boasting chalk cliffs,natural beauty spots,a splendid Jurassic coast and the delights of the New Forest,only a short drive away.</p><p>Upon entering the apartment,which is level access from the main entrance of the apartment building,you are struck by its cosy,comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Through into the hall,it provides plenty of hanging space for coats and shoes. The heart of the property is the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner,with a balcony overlooking Bournemouth city centre. The lounge area provides a large sofa,two armchairs and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to deal with all your gastronomic desires,including an electric oven and hob,fridge/freezer,dishwasher,microwave and espresso coffee machine,the dining table seats six. The property offers two bedrooms,a king-size with a balcony and en-suite shower and WC,and the second bedroom is a twin (which can be made into a super-king-size on request at time of booking). The property also has the added benefit of a spacious bathroom,with shower over bath and WC. The apartment has the advantage of a clean air ventilation system.</p><p>Venture outside the apartment building which is designed around a landscaped,shared courtyard that overlooks the sea.
