Description

At the entrance to Bournemouth gardens this contemporary development of just 5 luxury apartments. The location is second to none for those that want to stroll through the gardens aside the stream in to Bournemouth town centre and award winning beaches alternatively in 5 monutes you can stroll to Westbourne village to sample some of its boutique shops, bistros, cafes and restaurants.

The flat is simply stunning, Its approaching 1000 sq feet with a south facing balcony and feature window looking on to the gardens which give you a tranquil setting whilst being this close to the bustling town centre.

There are 2 double bedrooms, one with ensuite, and they are both tastefully furnished.

The open plan lounge and kitchen really are the best part of the flat, The modern kitchen has all appliances, including a dishwasher and miele washing machine. The eating area is the breakfast bar and stools that you will see in the pictures, this is perfect for social dining.

The large window and balcony are on the back of the building, overlooking the Bournemouth gardens and this is direct south facing so the sun really pours in to both the lounge and the kitchen.

The flat has one allocated parking space, although allows for a second small car if parked in tandum, alternatively there is tons of unrestricted parking opposite the flat in leven avenue.
