This is an ideal holiday home for large families and groups where you can relax.

The house is newly decorated with comfortable furniture. Large modern kitchen and two bathrooms. We have a sunny courtyard garden great for a BBQ after a long day at the beach.

The house is situated 15 minutes either way to the award winning exclusive beaches of Sandbanks and the Blue Flag beaches of Bournemouth. This makes it an ideal home for exploring the south with the towns of Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and the New Forest accessible for great day trips.

Facilities within walking distance include a great pub , pay and play golf course, cash point, direct bus routes into Poole and Bournemouth, supermarket, takeaways and a paper shop!

It is a normal house in a normal street, where as a parent you can relax knowing your children are allowed to be children!

A great 5 bedroom two reception room modern home. Can sleep up to 12 guests (using downstairs 2nd reception as bedroom and single beds suitable for children) This house is very clean and modern great interior with en suite to master bedroom, family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. A good size rear garden with BBQ and off road parking

We love children, we have 5 ourselves and know how difficult it can be to find large enough accommodation at a price that is right! We know how important it is as a parent to be able to relax in someone else's home knowing that the children can also relax - welcome to Hawkins House
