Latitude West is located in the peaceful location of Southbourne-on-sea; perfect for easy access to the award winning blue flag beaches, just a 2 minute walk away! Local shops are just a 5-10 minute walk away with various restaurants and bars on Southbourne-on-sea highstreet. Modern and freshly decorated this accommodation offers master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom plus separate W.C. off the hallway. Sit and relax in the lounge where you can enjoy the serenity of the sea views via the Juliette balcony, this is open plan with the kitchen (includes washing machine, Neff microwave, cooker, induction hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine) and dining area.

Sony widescreen smart TV's in the master bedroom and lounge allow access to BBC Iplayer, Netflix and Amazon etc, there is also a soundbar with bluetooth connectivity to stream your music and Blue Ray DVD player. The owners have kindly left books and games for guest use. Allocated off road parking and secure, security coded bike storage is available and complimentary WIFI. Please note, cot and highchairs not provided.

This accommodation does not allow smoking or pets. Please note - this accommodation is for families, couples and professionals only - we do not accept hen/stag parties and it is at the owners discretion to accept groups.

This property has a complimentary starter pack designed to welcome you to the property, and save a trip to shops on your arrival date – we recommend you take advantage of our Shopping Service should you require provisions to last throughout your stay; please enquire for more details on this service.

Security Deposit Refundable deposit for the amount of £350.00 is taken with your balance payment; PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TRANSACTION in-case of any damages. Absolutely Fabulous!

Stayed a week with my grandchildren. Facilities in the apartment were superb and it was so close to the beach no cars to worry about. Walking either way to Mudeford Flats or to Bournemouth was a breeze, the kids loved it. Plenty for them to do and see, including being able to paddle as our weather was really good. Definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a getaway.

Parking is reserved, which is nice and getting access to the property is fairly easy.

When we arrived, everything was spotless, and very well maintained. Everything you need is available and overall we had a very good time.

Added to all of this, the accommodation is a short walk away from shops and getting to the beach is also very easy.

We had an absolute lovely time.

Perfect apartment in which to relax and unwind

The sea view is amazing. Ideally located for walking to both Bournemouth and Hengistbury Head. Well served by yellow buses for a trip to Bournemouth if you don't fancy the walk. Apartment has everything you need should you wish to prepare meals. Very comfortable and clean.

We really loved our stay in 7, Latitude West and thought the facilities offered and the position had everything that we needed. We had every home comfort and the apartment complex was secure and quiet. We would not hesitate to book another holiday there as it is unusual to be offered such a prime position overlooking the sea.

Excellent accommodation, light and airy, with everything you need provided. On site key collection was easy and straightforward. Really appreciated allocated parking on site too. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, close to shops, and good bus service into Bournemouth.

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of cutlery and crockery. Good tv's. View of the sea from the lounge, it was hot and sunny when we visited and perhaps a blind for the big window may help to keep accommodation a littlle cooler. Bath was a little bit small in one of the bathrooms but shower was great.

Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
