Description from owner


The house is luxurious. It has been refurbished to an extremely high standard.

The kitchen/diner/living room is large, light and airy and is 35 square metres. Amenities include:

• enormous cupboard space

• large upright fridge

• large upright freezer

• dishwasher, hob, oven and large microwave.

This large, comfortable room can accommodate a lot of people and has a 40” LED adjustable wall-mounted TV plus DVD player. Also included is superfast WiFi from Virgin Broadband providing speeds of 50Mbs.

The rear garden is laid to patio and is accessed either through the living room French door or down the side of the house via a lockable 7 feet high solid double gate – providing total security if you have children. The rear garden has seating for up to 12, a large storage/bike shed. A kettle BBQ with tools will be provided and there is also a rotary drying line.

In addition to the living area, downstairs there are 3 double bedrooms together with one bathroom containing a large walk-in thermostatic shower and another which is a utility room with WC and basin that also has a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. Upstairs are 3 further double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – one with a walk-in thermostatic shower and the other being a real bathroom with a bath. Every bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a desk and chair.

Car parking is available both in the private drive and on the road outside with no parking restrictions. The road is a quiet residential road and is a neighbourhood watch area.


This is a NO SMOKING house.

Bookings are for a minimum of 1 week, which means 7 nights. Check-in is by 4 p.m. on Saturday afternoon (it may be possible for you to get in earlier). Check-out is no later than 10 a.m. on Saturday morning.

We do not accept bookings from adult-only (hen & stag) groups.

A refundable damage deposit of £400 is required with your booking. This will be returned IN FULL after your departure assuming the property is left as you found it with no damage. Any damage/breakages should be notified to the owner prior to departure - guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay. The return of the deposit may also be withheld if the house smells of cigarette smoke on departure.

We deep clean the house prior to your arrival so that it is spotless. We ask that you leave it in a clean state as if we need to do additional work we will have to make a charge for this.

We DO NOT include bed linen and towels as standard so guests will need to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

HOWEVER if you would like us to provide these, we can do so for a small extra cost. These is premium hotel quality linen (which includes laundry charges) and consists of sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases, bath sheets, and hand towels.

Double duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are, of course, provided as standard.

We also provide waterproof mattress protectors for young children who might have night-time accidents - please use them if necessary as you are responsible for keeping the mattresses in the condition that you find them.

Although we love pets, regrettably we cannot allow pets in the house.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any visitors property or accident to any person whilst staying at our house.

Getting around

The nearest beaches are at Durley Chine and Alum Chine - about a 10-15 minute drive away, but there are 7 miles of golden sandy beaches here (amongst the cleanest in the UK) so you will be spoilt for choice.

I am always available to talk and discuss/resolve any issues that you may have. I have tradesmen on call if anything goes wrong - not that it does! My first priority is to ensure you have a great holiday, my reviews tell you how we have done. I will provide you with my mobile number so that you can get in touch with me whenever you need to. We have a key safe and will send you details in advance so you can access the property no matter if you are delayed getting there. Please remember that during the summer it can often take a bit longer than usual to reach Bournemouth.

How do damage deposits work?
