A stunning seaside retreat. This modern two double bedroom apartment, in a quiet, small block of 8 privately owned apartments is on Boscombe cliff top and in close proximity to delightful sandy beaches and Bournemouth centre. Immaculately presentented throughout, it offers a comfortable holiday let with a high standard of fixtures and fittings - a well equipped home from home. It is bright and airy with the master bedroom and lounge south facing. With private parking for one car and a delightful, enclosed sunny patio garden with sea view, it is suitable for families and couples alike.

You will have the best sleep ever in Egyptian cotton linen and super luxurious Hypnos mattresses, you won't want to get up!!

A real asset is the open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner. Whilst preparing a meal you are with the family, can watch the television, and through the front patio doors can see the garden and sea. You aren't tucked away in a little kitchen away from everyone.

If you don't fancy cooking, a few minutes walk up the road will take you to Boscombe Bowling Club where, during the summer months you can sit in the small cafe or outside on the terrace and enjoy a lovely breakfast, lunch or Sunday roast. The closest supermarket and parking for Boscombe shops is a 4 minute drive. There is a large playing field just up the road, on the cliff top and next to a cafe, 1 minute in the car or 8 to 10 minute walk.

Whether you want to escape and sit in the sun trap garden with a glass of wine.... Or walk across the road to admire the panoramic views and watch the sunset from the cliff top, where you can see from the Isle of Wight across the bay to Poole, sunbathe on a gorgeous beach after lunch at the trendy beach cafe, Urban Reef... Or enjoy the many water and beach sports on offer... Cycle along the promenade to Sandbanks... Enjoy all that Bournemouth and the surrounding area has to offer... If you have children, the aquarium, funfair and miles of sandy beaches are fun any time of the year... Catch the land train or open top bus tour to sample Bournemouth's many delights... Take in a show at The BIC, eat out at the many restaurants, hire a beach hut for the day, eat ice cream on the pier ... The options are endless for a great British holiday any time of the year!

This apartment is in a prime location to watch the popular Bournemouth Air Festival, you literally walk across the road to the cliff top where the atmosphere is buzzing, sit down with a drink and you have a fabulous view as the planes fly up towards Bournemouth Pier. 2019 Air festival dates are Thursday 29th August to Sunday 1st September. There are lots of displays and stalls between Boscombe Pier and Bournemouth Pier, night flights and bands playing. Great for all the family.

“Delightful accommodation and ideal location”

Quiet location with beach just over the road and Bournemouth a short walk away. The apartment is attractive and comfortable with great attention to detail and the owner couldn't be more helpful. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

“Super apartment close to stunning beach”

This apartment stood out from others which we have rented. We found it to be spacious, beautifully decorated, maintained to a very high standard and well equiped. There is a lovely south-facing patio with a pretty wall-garden, where we enjoyed eating breakfasts and dinners. It was a short walk along the cliff and down the 'zig-zag' path to the beautiful beach below, with the comfort of a life guard station. Many days spent swimming in the sea! Liz welcomed us and was very helpful before and during our stay.

“Immaculate accommodation - great location”

An excellent holiday let - very clean, modern and well-equipped. The provision of a dishwasher, washer-drier, en-suite shower, private south-facing patio and off-road, adjacent car parking make this the perfect accommodation for the discerning holiday-maker. Although a car is really needed, the location on Boscombe Overcliff Drive is ideally suited to those who wish to be close enough to shops, beaches and other amenities while being far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the area. The independently run coffee-shop/restaurant at the Boscombe Bowling Club, is only five minutes walk away and provides excellent refreshments up to 5.00pm each day - not to be missed. Liz, the apartment owner, has been very communicative throughout the booking process and during our stay. She has been keen to ensure that she has done all she can to make our holiday an enjoyable experience. Thank you. We can highly recommendation this booking and look forward to a future visit.

“The perfect beach holiday & home from home!”

I stayed at this pristine and immaculate ground floor apartment late September 2015. It's location is perfect for Boscombe Beach and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The apartment is well laid out and has everything you need for a holiday retreat. Finished to a high standard, it has everything you need and more. I particularly loved the garden, which is a sun trap, I even managed to sunbathe at the end of September as it is very secluded. Another highlight of the break was that I walked across the road to the cliff top, opened a bottle of Prosecco with my mates and we watched an amazing sunset over the bay. I have already booked a week next Summer with my partner and 2 teenage sons. The location and apartment is a perfect base for all of us. The boys will love the water sports at the beach and being able to go to Bournemouth on the bus or land train. My partner and I will enjoy lazy days on the beach and lunch at the beach bar. I can't wait!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Liz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
